$5,499 per person | Shared double accommodations (ideal for couples or friends)

The DREAMCATCHERS All-Inclusive Experience
Our journeys are designed to be effortless from the moment you land. Your fee is all-inclusive, covering every detail of the adventure:
Accommodations: All 9 nights of curated stays from February 8-17.
Transportation: Smooth ground travel throughout, including personalized airport pickup and drop-off.
Expert Guidance: Dedicated local guides to share the secrets of the landscape.
Activities: Every scheduled excursion, national park entrance fee, and adventure on the itinerary.
Cuisine: Daily breakfasts, lunches, and dinners—plus plenty of local snacks and water to keep you fueled on the trail.
All Local Gratuities: We handle the tipping for all restaurant staff, hotel porters, and specialized site guides throughout the journey, so you can simply enjoy the moment without worrying about the math.
(What’s Not Included)
Airfare: International travel to and from Costa Rica.
Personal Choice: Alcoholic beverages and items of a personal nature.
Extended Stays: It’s important to arrive a day or two early to settle in. Accommodations and meals prior to the official start of the journey are not included.
Driver and Lead Guides Appreciation: Discretionary appreciation for your driver and lead guides—the team with you throughout the entire journey—is entirely at your discretion and always deeply appreciated.

Securing Your Journey
After you fill out the form, please send your deposit at your earliest convenience. Checks should be made payable to The Dreamcatchers.

Once your check is received, we will send a personal confirmation of receipt and your official welcome packet.
Credit Card Payments
For your convenience, we also accept credit card payments.
If you choose this option, we kindly ask that the full journey fee (100%) be processed at the time of booking.
Flexible Payment Options
If you would like to spread the cost of your journey over time, we offer flexible payment plans through Klarna at checkout.
When you choose to pay by credit card select Klarna at checkout to see your personalized installment options.
Waiver & Release Agreement
By joining the trip you agree to have read and understood our waiver & release agreement.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, here are our cancellation terms:
100% refundable if you cancel between now and August 8, 2026.
50% refundable if you cancel between August 9 and December 8, 2026.
Non-refundable if you cancel on or after December 9, 2026.
Please note there is a $125 administrative fee for any cancellation.
We strongly recommend that all our clients purchase travel insurance to protect your investment should you encounter any unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from traveling.
