Fees
$5,499 p/person for couples or friends with shared double accommodations.
$5,999 p/person for solo traveler individual room accommodations.
Dreamcatchers’ journeys are all-inclusive
The fee covers all nights of accommodations from January 9–18, all ground transportation, airport pickup and drop-off, local guides, all scheduled activities and entrance fees, daily breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, and plenty of bus snacks and water along the way.
What’s Not Included
International airfare to and from Costa Rica, alcoholic beverages, personal expenses, and discretionary tips. We always recommend arriving at least one or two days before the trip begins to settle in—accommodations and meals during that time are not included in the trip fee.

Waiver & Release Agreement

Cancellation Policy
Should you be required to cancel your trip because of a change of plans or a medical emergency, here are our cancellation terms.
Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel between now and July 1, 2026
Your payments are 50% refundable if you cancel between July 2 and September 31, 2026
Your payments are non-refundable if you cancel on October 1, 2026 or after.
Please note there is a $125 administrative fee for any cancellation.
